HealthSoft Doc was designed to give the user/provider the ability to create a daily note in a matter of seconds and generate complete reports with the push of a button. This program is developed by a practicing chiropractor with two very important concerns in mind:

1) Being able to create a custom thorough daily note while considering today's stringent insurance guidelines and do so in a matter of seconds.
2) Create a workflow that is not only intuitive, but extremely user-friendly. Almost ANY task can be accomplished in a few button clicks.
